Fixed the photo on Meghan's sermon page (I'm still waiting for a headshot, Ms Bean Smith)

Uploaded Meghan Bean Smith's sermon. The speaker photo is broken for now. The lectionary readings are at the beginning of the sermon.

Unfortunately, the CD recorder wasn't working properly yesterday so I don't have an mp3 of Ryan Baum's sermon. Diego has audiocassette copies available (call the church office at (510) 444-8511 for a copy) and has promised a converted analog-to-digital file soon, hopefully no later than next Sunday.
